Use a GOOD bullet for deer hunting.
I have read on other searches of the web and seen where others use H4831sc but I can’t find it in a reloading book anywhere
Didn’t see it there eitherH1000 or
It should be in Hogdon's.
You can add IMR-4350 to this, and be sure to use a premium bullet unless you like burger. I loaded 150 Accubonds ahead of 66gr of IMR-4350 and it made a mess of a big doe. I went back to my 165gr.H4350,RL17,RL16, or RL22
Federal #215 primers.

Swift A-frame or Nosler Partition.
For varmint hunting, most any will work.
That’s Imr4831 not H4831 and my doesn’t even show imrYou can use 4831 data and just reduce to start like any other load. The "sc" stands for "short cut" which means the kernels are chopped smaller for better metering. It's a Hogdon powder, so it should be on thier website.
Here's Hornady 11th data for 4831.

I have no idea how experienced you are but there are many methods to addressing loads. 1. Interpolate data. 2. Gordon's reloading tool. 3.quickload.That’s Imr4831 not H4831 and my doesn’t even show imr
You are correct, I shared that as I was going to bed last night and didn't catch it. However, Imr4831 is a faster burning powder than H4831. Assuming you have a chrono, if you use starting load for IMR and work up using H4831, you should be able to find an accurate load well before you get near max. As already mentioned H4831 and H4831sc are the same powder, just cut different. If you can find H4831 data you can use that. That’s Imr4831 not H4831 and my doesn’t even show imr
