Anyone reload for these? It seems as if the chamber doesn't fully support the case. I know this was a pretty big issue with early Glocks in .40S&W and caused a lot of kabooms with brass that blew out in that spot. Is it an issue with these pistols as well, or not as much of an issue since .380 isn't quite as high pressured of a round as .40? Any tips for these?

It's not a problem unless you're trying to hotrod it to *much* higher pressures than normal.

I use 95 grain cast bullets and max (or slightly over) loads of Unique, which is a top-performing powder in this cartridge. No case bulges.

380 ACP is a lower pressure round than 40 S&W.

I load 95-100 grain fmj or plated with Unique or 700-X. Function well and the brass is still reloadable.

I can't speak for those but I have a TCP & it is a problem. There is no support in frount of the web at the thin part of the case. It bulges factory ammo. There is a big knot on the side of the case.

I load for the Keltec P3AT with a 100 gr. RNFP bullet and Bullseye powder, chrongraphs 900 fps and 100% reliable function. Loaded some of the earlier cases 3-4 times before loosing them. Kind of a neat little cartridge and gun. Small and light enough that I have it with me all the time.

I have loaded for a KT P3AT for 7+ years.

Case support is not a problem, unless you try to make a 9mm out of a .380 pocket gun by way overloading it.

The 90 grain Hornady XTP over 3.3 Red Dot or 3.3 Green Dot is a good safe load.

So is 3.8 Unique and a 100 grain Berry plated bullet.

No problem

I have a .380 and I also relaod for my neighbor who has a TCP I load identical in each. I think it is 3 grains of Bulseye and 95 gr. fmj bullet. I have found that in autos despite all the great hollow points and everything else out there. That my .45,9mm,40s&w and .380 they all seem to function better with fmj bullets.

I reload for my LCP. 2.7-3.gr of 231 with a jacketed or cast 95gr. No issues with it. 2.7 is a very light shooting load. I recently starting trying it with 115gr bullets. Fits and functions, but can't comment on accuracy
