Reloading for the S&W Governor....

I know oddball gun, but hey when you can get a new one below $600 (and that's ship and transfer factored in), I couldn't pass it up. The judge is a goofy concept, but in its never ending battle against Taurus (Glock Rise of Americas gun actually talks about it), S&W made a really nicely made goofy gun.

Anyway I wanted to know if anyone has loads or components recommendations for 45ACP or 45LC out of the Governor. I can tell after checking out a 45LC round for the first time (got a box of PDX1), that I'm going to love that round.

Any standard loads.

With that much leap from ignition to rifling- don't expect record setting accuracy.

If you cast, a 30 cal round ball stack in the right wad in .410 is kickin... and you get great velocity.

I would also stay away from those plastic shot cup thingies for ratshot- just use .410's

Since it shoots 45 long colt and 45 auto from a moon clip can it shoot 45 win mag?
