The girlfriend's father just let it slip that she got me a 12 gauge reloading press for Christmas. (She shoots with me so it works out great) and I'm planning on doing some Lee Key drive slugs or Lyman sabot slugs.

Just wondering if all the roll crimped Slugger hulls I have will serve any use in my future as a reloader? Or should I toss them and save space on my reloading bench?

I've got a couple dozen of these and a couple hundred more still waiting to be shot. They appear to be the same structure as Remington Gun Clubs just with high brass and a different crimp.

My advice is, toss them and save regular birdshot hulls fired in your gun, unless your press has a provision to resize hulls.

What press did you get?

So it's an MEC press... her dad let that much slip and that's all I know.

I had two on my Amazon wish list, the Sizemaster and 600 Jr... she bought on Black Friday so it could have been either in the price range we agreed to spend on each other.
