Rem 5r

does anyone know how to tell a rem 5r apart from other rem model 700s? are there some distinguishing markings on the gun? maybe on the barrel or action. I am about to buy one used and want to make sure about the purchase. I know they come in the green stocks but thought there might be other markings on them besides the box. thanks, RG

If you look down the barrel and count five grooves in the rifling, you are there.

I think the bbl is also stamped 5r, on it near the muzzle, or the receiver bridge.
