i shot my rem 7600 carbine in 3006 today to check zero, i fired two shots at this target at 100yds from a good bench rest. the load is 55grs imr 4350 with the 165gr nosler BT bullet. i will shoot it one one more time the week before the rifle deer season that starts next month. the burris 1.5x6 scope is a new replacement. i have killed a ton of deer with this rifle in the thick brush where i hunt. this 7600 is not a tack driver, but will do the job out to 300yds if needed in a pinch. eastbank.

What an awesome looking rifle! I like the engraving. Looks like you care for your firearms as-well-as I do! Good shooting.

Rem. 7600

My Rem 7600 in 30-06 with a 22 inch barrel will shoot 1 1/2 with 150 grain spitzers over 58 grains of IMR 4350.After much testing that's as good as it gets .I hunt in heavy woods and the 7600 is great for fast follow up shots. hdbiker
