Hi: Just trying to sell this barrel for my brother and need some advice, we live in Canada and I beleive to sell in USA buy must have import license?
My brother bought this barrel in late 70s its a Model #6340 Remington stamped on barrel Trap 2/3/4" lenght 34",12 gauge, vent rib, with double beads on barrel front is white, small silver one near middle of barrel, with original box. no action just barrel.
He told me he fired no more than 10 shells through barrel, the blueing is 100% and there is not a mark anywhere on barrel it would pass as never fired.
any help on what value this barrel is on todays market, and ways to sell in USA if possible
Thanks any info would be appreaciated.

I would strongly suggest selling it on eBay. I don't think that selling an American-made barrel to the US is a big deal or requires anything special, but I don't know for sure.

People are getting good money for barrels like that on eBay; I've been looking for 1100 barrels there lately. It seems to be a seller's market.

No import license for parts that I know of. If it were a whole gun you may have a problem but not just parts.
