Remington .308 180 grain core-lokt on sale at bass pro

just a quick tip, I was at Bass pro shop in Colorado Springs today and they had .308 Winchester Remington core-lokt 180 grain on sale, $14 per box. Didn't check any other calibers, but those might be on sale, too. I picked up a couple of boxes to stock up my ammo supply. Check it out if you like that ammunition.

I haven't ever bought a box of .308 factory ammo for my .308. It's never fired a box of factory ammo. My other rifles have had the occasion to fire factory when I was given ammo, such as when a guy at the range gave me a box of Federal Premium 7 mag loaded with a 160 partition. But, I've been handloading for 55 years, since the age of 10 with my grandpa in the "loading room".

I do buy .223 and 7.62x39, though. Stuff's cheap.
