Remington 700 with a Hart

Ok, so I was in a LGS recently and noticed a Remmy 700 that had an unusaul marking on the barrel. In the above pic on the far right it looks like an upside down Hart has been stamped on the barrel. Does anyone know anything about this? I have heard of some Remington's have Hart barrels from the factory, but not sure if A) this is true or B) if this is a specimen. Is this true? What does it do to desirability/collectability or quality of accuracy of any other 700?

Any knowledge would be appreciated.

Huckleberry, that is a nice old 700 made when Remington put more love and workmanship into the product. Go get it dirty and enjoy the small groups you will make.
