i bought several rifles from a friend and this rem 700 adl in 7mm08 was one of them, he said it was a deluxe ADL. it has a checkered stock(not impressed) a sloped forend not round, fantastic blueing , jeweled bolt body with the bolt locking safety. i have compared it to another rem 700 ALD i have in .243 that has a good blueing job, impressed checkering, non locking safety and rounded forend. laying them side by side the 7mm08 does look alot better finished over all. did they make a deluxe 700 ADL? eastbank.

90s i think, ive seen them with that stock style. Only real differences are cosmetic, but i prefer them to the bdls.

Nice buy, one of my favorite guns is still my 700adl.

Might be wrong on the time line, just looked my buddys older adl has a similar stock.

NIce, I have always liked the older Remington 700 rifles in wood, both ADL and BDL. Have always liked the 7mm-08 also so you enjoy that rifle.
