REMINGTON MODEL 10-A, 12 GAUGE (PUMP) Value Question

I have a REMINGTON MODEL 10-A, 12 GAUGE (PUMP). This is an antique shotgun. The condition is "NRA standard good" in my opinion. I know it functions well because I have shot it.

What would one of these sell for at a private sale? What would a gun store offer to buy this from me?
I'm not going to sell for sentimental reasons, I'm just curious.
My siblings and I are going to have to divide some guns between us one of these days for inheritance.

An "Antique" has a specific definition as made before 1899. This means that a Federal Firearms Licensee is NOT required to transfer the firearm across state line. The model 10 does not classify as such.

Model 10's don't have a great deal of value, as they were utility grade gun, typically, and were well used. They are a somewhat fragile mechanism, and prone to breakage. Parts are not readily available.

Probably has a value in the $150-$300 range, really depending greatly on condition. You might look at gunbroker.com top see what they are selling for. The value may be higher if it is a non-standard configuration or a high grade gun.

Thanks 35Rem. I guess it's not an antique.
I had to pull some camo tape off of it that was wrapped around the entire gun for who knows how many years. Now there is a sticky residue all over it. I tried to scrub the metal with Breakfree CLP but that doesn't seem to work well. Any suggestions on removing the residue? This gun is definitely a beater gun so I'm guessing it would sell for $150 in a private sale. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
