I used my wife's Nikon Cool Pix, for those, not the best camera in the west. I've got the stock completed, and the steel already to go, so all I need now is the parts I've ordered from Numerich, and I'll give an update. The stock came out really nice, as well as the barrel and receiver. Was able to mend the cracks in the stock, and even fill in the gap with very little notice of the damage. On top of the pistol grip you can tell where I filled it in with Elmers walnut wood putty, but was able to blend it into the stock to where it is only really noticeable if the light hits it a certain way but it is now solid and I doubt that as long as I don't use it as a club it should last a long time.
