Remington R1 Enhanced

So im back for more questions! ive been sick lately and im not really able to get out and shoot, so ive been sitting thinking of new guns and other things.

So heres my question, is the Remington R1 Enhanced legal in MA? I know the R1 is on the list, but im not sure if MA assumes the Enhanced as a different model, although knowing how they test things, id say yes.

So anyhow, anyone know if its something i can buy?
