I have had years of fun with these shotguns and recommend them to any/everyone.

I have not had problems with any of mine new or old.

I use Winchester short brass to check out each one and am still waiting on a malfunction.

I am always looking for a first year (1950)Wingmaster in any gauge or a less than perfect Model 31 (the perfect ones cost too much).

I'd love to see yours and compare Date of Man. with Furniture, grade...

I'm drooling over that Model 31. I don't have any Remingtons, I'm more of a Winchester guy, but those are really nice. Its great seeing some of those older ones in such good condition.

Love the 31. I got one in 16 ga I aquired recently. So far I've only shot a few clays with it. I cant wait to try it out on doves in a couple of weeks.

Thanks

Yep the 31 is sweet and has a really short stroke. Congrats on the 16 ga. they are hard to find.

I can definately see why they could not compete with the other companies making this solid a shotgun.

Don't get me wrong I like the 870s just fine and they surely stand the test of time too.
