Remington UMC .223 $2.88 at Bass Pro Shops May 19-29

I don't have a .223, but hopefully those who do will find this helpful. I haven't compared the prices at cheaperthandirt or others, but 42% off seems pretty good.

I don't yet have a .223/5.56 but I have a few hundred rounds bought in anticipation of buying a gun so chambered. At those prices I think I'll have to add a case of .223 to my current supply. I guess that means I need to hurry up and pick up a .223/5.56 rifle.

Looking at the sales flyer for the umpteenth time, I just noticed that the sale doesn't start until May 19th (May 19-29). I hope nobody made an inconvenient trip to Bass Pro Shops, only to be disappointed. Of course, a trip to Bass Pro Shops is seldom wasted.

For those who don't have a store locally, maybe you can plan a Memorial Day trip - maybe to visit the mother ship in Springfield, MO.
