I'm two hours to the west. I drive to Tahoe/Reno for the guns shows and skiing all the time.

Also there is a crossroads of the west gunshow coming up soon.
I think it's the 4th and 5th of Feb.
If not the big Reno gun show is in April (or something)
should be a little warmer by then.
Or instead of burning man we could have a little "shooting man" near Gerlach, a friend and gunnie has a spread up in Gerlach (as the crow flies)
and there is a bunch of BLM land for camping...come to think about it a friend of a friend is a class three guy with a bunch of firearms, if we had the ammo he probably can make the time (that would take more planning though)
