Repair Work and Turnaround Time...

Just wondering, what's the 'usual' factory warranty work/repairs turn-around time is. Obviously, there can be major problems with a gun that require excessive time... but what's the usual amount of time to be expected and what's 'ridiculous?'

Ruger's turn around time for me was 2 weeks.

A burr on a thread wouldn't allow my rear sight to adjust.

Ruger sent UPS to pick it up and bring it back at no charge to me.
