Other than the Pachs and Hogues (have both, don't like either for various reasons), what are my options for replacement grips on my Ruger Redhawk?

You might try Butler Creek. I have them on two Redhawks right now.
Thanks. I forgot to mention that I tried them as well.

I've never been this picky before, but for some reason I'm having a devil of a time getting comfortable with this Redhawk. It's funny - ten years ago, I ran a Redhawk with the rubber Hogues on it and thought it to be the bee's knees. I guess everything changes with age...

I have tried Pachmayrs, Hogues and the Butler Creek/Uncle Mike ones. Didn't like the looks and feels of any of them. Then a friend told me about Tyler T Grip adapters. I had seen pics of them on older S&W Revolvers, but I never even thought about them.

I called them and ordered one. Best thing I ever did. I do like the classic/old fashioned look and now the Redhawk fits me perfectly. They are somewhat around 25 bucks with shipping. I even have one of them on a Stag Grip equipped RedHawk now.
