Replacement target sights for S&W 686

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Today I reloaded a very nice, soft recoiling, accurate .38 special load. 158 gr swc. 3.0 gr bullseye, federal brass, win. primers, 1.445". This load seems to be very accurate out of my S&W 686 AND my DW 15. I've blacked out both front sights because I prefer black on black. The only difference is I find it much more easy to acquire targets with the larger target style rear sight on the Dan Wesson. My question is, is there a rear sight replacement for my 686 that resembles the bigger DW style?
