They are not RINO's. Do you think the people of Wyoming would vote in a RINO?

Apply the duck principle.

If it looks like a RINO charges like a RINO, has thick hide such that the people back home have no effect on what it thinks or does, and has a single minded stubbornness that resists phone calls and letters from "we the People", then I guess it's a RINO, despite what it has on the end of it's name!!

It doesn't matter if this guy is a Republican or Democrat, he a CONGRESSMAN. And Congressmen hate anything that isn't being taxed. Taxing and spending are the foundation upon which government is built.

I'll bet several nights a week this guy wakes up in a cold sweat times horrified at the thought of untaxed goods being bought and sold over the internet. Just makes his skin crawl. That's what political power does to you.
