California Residents...CCW in Solono County

Hey all, As previously discussed I have orders to TRAVIS CAlifornia.

I know that California is May issue, so my question is this. What is the likelihood of attaining CCW in Solono County? Or what would be a good county need TRavis to attempt to gain CCW???

I thinking Packing.org has a map showing the likelihood of obtaining a CCW permit by county.

If I'm reading the map correctly, Solono County is red meaning "permit almost impossible to get by average citizen". Any chance you could live in Yolo County instead?
