what is better is subjective.
the 75b is lighter, and comes in at a much lower price point.
the sp-01 series adds an upswept beavertail, night sights, front rail, and a heavier duty barrel. it is available in manual or decocker trigger group.
the sp-01 shadow adds competition sights with front FO, upgraded hammer, wide safeties, 85 combat trigger (has overtravel screw), extended mag release, and no firing pin block for an improved trigger. it only comes in manual.
the polymer model is the sp-01 phantom, which uses a decocker and a unique frame.
which one is best depends on what you want to do and what you want to spend, and what ergos work for you.
