I was thinking about how some revolvers can fire multiple calibers.

.460 S&W -> .454 Casull -> .45 Colt
.45 Colt -> .410 shot shells (certain revolvers)
.357 Mag -> .38 Special
.44 Mag -> .44 Special

What other combinations am I missing?

Throw in convertable cylinder SA's:
.22 - .22 Mag
9mm - .357 Mag
38-40 - .40 S&W
38-40 - 10mm.
44-40 - .44 Spl & .44 Mag.
.45 ACP - .45 Colt.

Add moon clips to a DA:
.40 S&W - 10mm.
.45 ACP - .45 Auto Rim.

These are just a few factory combinations that have been made.

There are others like 9mm - .357 Mag done by custom mods.

Some extensions:
.44 Mag -> .44 Special > .44 Russian (> .44 american?)
.357 Maximum > .357 Mag > .38 Special

If Charter delivers as promises --
9mm > .380

RG---32acp in 32 long or mag is fine

40S&W in a 45acp, though it will not cycle the slide and accuracy is poor
9mm in a 40 S&W, same as above
380 in a 9mm, same as above
9mm in a 357 SIG, same as above with decent accuracy
9mm +P in a 357 SIG will function the gun reliably--
and the balloon cases look really neat also
32 H&R in Nagant (reduced load only)
32 S&W long also works but is very weak
22 lr in a 22 mag, though it will split the case and accuracy is bad

usual disclaimer about don't put any bullet in your gun but the one marked on the barrel

though the Medusa is a gun of another caliber
