I’m a very proud revolver guy. Always have been. There are very few auto pistols I care for at all, and Glocks have always been on the list of things not even worth mentioning. Then when the 42 came out my wife (girlfriend at that time) decided she wanted a handgun and she bought a blue label 42. It fit her well, it fits me decently. She is an incredible shot with it, I can hit paper. Now, 10 years later I am changing professions and will be carrying while working. It’s a self employed setup driving around and delivering boxes to various places. I think it’s time to seriously consider an auto rather than the revolvers I normally carry. I like the feel of a g42 and have handled a g43 which seems to feel even better, but now there is also the g48 which seems like it would be an even better fit for me than both of the others.
I need a single stack if I go Glock. I have tried double stacks and they don’t work for me. Can anybody who has experience with the 42, 43, and 48 give me some comparison as far as how they feel, especially the 48 because I haven’t ever handled one.
