Lots of good suggestions.

Here are mine:

American made HK94 type 9mm carbine but with full length hand guard( HK91/93).

Winchester 52 Sporter.

American made Mp-44 clone( semi of course ) in the original caliber.

And how are you going to aim with the SRD-1?

CCSniper, Remington does make an 8mm Mauser, and I mean the model 700, not just the 798 Zastava models.

USA-made, Weatherby Mark V, 9-lug variant, blued steel, 24", #2 barrel chambered in .270 Win. I had one in STS, and like a fool I sold it. :banghead:

Remington made!!! As in past tense! And only made them for 1 year. 2004 m700 classic. You cannot buy a new Remington even the 798 in 8x57! Or I would have one. Waiting on a cheap 700 long action to fall in my lap to build one at the moment

+1 on HiPoint .45acp carbine (supposed to come out 'this year', whichever year you ask them).

Ruger would do nicely in the same round. 40's and 9's, no 45. What gives?

SKS .223 sounds cool...

How about a 7.62x54R AK that isn't a PSL? I'd settle for anything semi auto in that caliber for </= $500.

I'm really surprised there aren't more options as to x54R semis, with the popularity of Mosin Nagants, and the price and availability of the ammunition.

A 9mm Glock Carbine that takes Glock handgun magazines and is ergonomic (unlike the Sub 2000, Hipoint, etc.).

A Remington Model 7 with an integral scout scope mount and back up iron sights.

I'd like an AR15 in .45 that used new in the cosmoline Thompson magazines. One that looks more like an AR than a LaFrance does.
