As I promised in the "Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days" thread, here is my Savage MkII BTVLSS in a Rigid Alloy chassis with a Swampfox Patriot 6-24 scope mounted. I ended up using a DIP 25 MOA scope mount and Weaver Tactical media, height rings. The stock is a Luth-AR MBA-4.

I just have to get the new scope sighted in now. The Rigid Alloy chassis is definitely lighter and slimmer that the Rhineland Arms Leopard stock that I was using.

Here is a long overdo update on my MkII with the Rigid Alloys chassis and Swampfox Patriot scope. Life got busy and I just got a chance to get to the range today. Needles to say, I am very happy with the new setup and can't wait to start pushing it out to 200 + yards.

I stayed with 16 inch pounds for the action screws. My groups did tighten up a bit with the chassis stock versus the Rhineland Arms Leopard stock I had before. I went from 3/4" groups down to around 5/8" groups shooting CCI Mini Mags at 50 yards.
