Not enough info to tell you anything. It all depends on the rifle you are mounting it on to know what kind of mount is needed, what kind of stock is on it to determine ring height. The only thing I can tell you with a fair amount of confidence it is a 1" tube so you will need 1" rings.
My advice would be to take it to a gunsmith and let them get it done for you.
