I posted this thread a few weeks back and got enough responses to believe I had lost my money. On 8/ 10/ 11 I came home from work and found my trigger shoe that I had ordered 8 months ago in the mail. For the others that have been frustrated with Tyler have heart all may not be lost. It is top quality but still the wait was not reasonable regardless of any problems they may of had.

I am surprised that someone would buy a business and salvage it under those conditions. Kudos to the new owner. www.t-grips.com

How long have they been in business? I remember a fellow officer having the t-grip and trigger shoe on a model 28 back in the early 70s.

It seems they're back. They have a tough row to hoe with the damage to their rep that's been done.

Time will tell & while their product isn't really my cup of tea they've been around forever & it seems a T grip is standard issue for S&W revolvers.

I think they deserve a break according to what I know....The old business was almost a one man operation. He fell ill and things backed up. Sure, it seemed like a lot of people were "getting ripped off". It turns out in the end they weren't. I salute Tyler for filling their backorders.

I agree. The owner had some very serious health issues after many years of running his shop. It's not a big business. I will continue to buy their shoes and grips.

I just went to Tyler's web site and the new owner sounds like a stand up guy with a lot of class. As i said earlier the trigger shoe I received is top quality and I will certainly recommend their products to my friends.
