The last order with Tyler is 25+Yrs in the past. As I recall their waiting period was longer than I expected. Cottage Industry has its negatives and positives timing is every thing!
I'm sorry guys, but...is it possible you are all upset about something that is somewhat trivial? I just looked at their website. Their most expensive product is $50. (Less than 2 boxes of 9mm, currently.) Plus about $10 for shipping. Are you so destitute that you can't be without $60 for a month or two? How many of you would pa in advance to backorder 2 boxes of ammo-if it were even available or possible to do so right now?
Has anyone shopped for body armor lately? 2-3 month back order, after you pay your several hundred dollars. How many of you can walk into a gun shop right now and walk out with exactly what you wanted?
My local Costco hasn't had ham in stock for almost 2 months now. That's a national corporation. And you're upset that a one-man operation can't produce instant gratification? (Heck, I've been waiting for over a month for a seed spreader for my ATV. That company has had my $500 for several weeks.)
I bought my t-grips many, many years ago. I remember there being a wait, but I don't recall being upset about it, so it must not have been too bad. I knew going in they were going to be holding my fifty bucks for a while.
Food for thought anyway.
I'm not saying the product isn't good. I'm not saying it isn't ok to wait for a product you've paid for. I am saying a business model where you take the money and don't provide the product or respond to messages or calls for 4 times the estimated wait you publish, isn't above critique. Compare T-Grips to Simply Rugged holsters.

Thanks. TBH, I'm not keeping up with the craziness. I have what I have. I'm no longer in the market. LOL.(About the price of one box of 9mm currently)...
Fixed it for you. lol
Me too. He communicates well and ships fast. I have at least a half-dozen of them. All the above in this thread is pretty much why I couldn't get a T-Grip last summer and opted for a black polymer BKGrip instead. It's not as nice looking as a bare metal T-Grip, but it does the job.
He doesnt offer a silver version for some reason, and I think he'd do better if he did. Not sure what the cream colored version he has is supposed to match up to.
