Riton X5 Primal 3-18X 44?

My FFL buddy has been trying to get me to buy a Riton so we could play with it....unfortunately the ones that interest me are all fairly heavy and the guns I've bought or built lately are all relatively lightweight rigs so I haven't bought one.

I like the riton, I've handled a good many, but I've never loved one enough to get my wallet out, my lgs has riton and blackhound both, so far, the blackhound is harder to keep in stock, that being said, for the price slash.....if it has the appropriate features you're looking for, I'd jump on it!

Never heard of 'em, and have not seen them anywhere local.
It seems they are not well known at all. I was able to handle one on a friend's rifle and they look and function well. Although I have my eye on another scope from Tract that I like better, it's $200 more money. Hard choice.

Did a search on them, the website has about 11 managers and key people featured.....would make you think they're an energetic brand that is quite the rage. With that many executives can't help but wonder why so little name recognition. Reading their material you get the impression they're competing with Nightforce.

I learned about them from a friend who shoots long range competitions. He say they are growing in popularity among that crowd because the features competitors are looking for are available for more affordable cost. I'll keep researching. Thanks
Really, if my 1 lil lgs didn't have them (only store in roughly a 100 mile radius who's even heard of them) I wouldn't have known what you were talking about.
