I've been hanging around for a while now, and I've got a feel for the context. But I, for the life of me, can not figure out what that stands for.

It's all over this site, but the 2 or 3 times I tried searching I have been unable to get an answer.

What does RKBA stand for????


And... If it is actually spelled out somewhere, would you be kind enough to provide me a link to where that information has been hiding?

At the top of each page, there is a link to THR Library. On that page there is a link that says Common Acronyms/Terms (local) . If you scroll through that list, you'll find RKBA along with many other common acronyms.
