I just bought some of these RN bullets from RMR. I have not worked up many loads yet but the weight variance is practically zero and they are extremely uniform in diameter and length. Man they are inexpensive!

So far, I have only worked up and tested 2 loads. Using titegroup I went with 4.5 (the min) 4.8 (the max). They were pretty lackluster in accuracy at with both of those loads. I went with titegroup mostly because I have a lot of it and not many loads that I use it for. I have seen some UNPUBLISHED loads out there that claim to be awesome starting at about 3.4 grains but I don't want to go there.

I just finished loading some using BE86. I started at 5.5 and went up to 5.9. I haven't shot them yet but hope to this weekend. This will be my first attempt at using be86 for anything.

Anyone else try these bullets out yet and have any loads that they liked? I am just curious as to what powder and loads people have found that work for them.

I'm using BE-86 and am around 5.4-5.5gr with the RMR 115gr FMJ (or their hardcore plated match) bullets. In my 9mm handguns, this gives me the best accuracy. Don't recall what my OAL is at.

Bottom left is with their FMJ and HC match plated bullets at 10yds:

They are a high-quality bullet. Their shape requires a shorter OAL than many 115gr. FMJs, and I find I can't get very close to the advertised max for my powder (CFE Pistol).

With this bullet you need an OAL of ~1.100" to clear a SAAMI-minimum chamber. My guns have some leade, and that allows me to load to an OAL of 1.13". Even at that length I'm producing max velocities with 5.4gr. of CFE-P as opposed to the 5.9gr listed by Hodgden as max (for a different projectile, of course). As always, start low and work up carefully.

My final load is 5.4 gr. CFE-P at 1.13" OAL with a moderate crimp, using Blazer brass and CCI SPP. I'm getting 1185-1200fps with good accuracy.
