Please take a look at this too long and not too well organized list and feel free to make comments on what I should have done and what I shouldn't have. Please keep in mind this gun is a "shooter" so I'm leaning toward the grips being utilitarian micarta instead of pretty wood.
David Clement called me yesterday and said my ROA was finished and he was shipping it Wednesday. He fitted a Power Custom stainless steel billet Colt grip frame and to bevel and serrate the front sight.
He said it all went well and it looked in great shape.
Now I have to do it get the grips made. My first choice is Paul Persinger.
