A Newark, New Jersey deli owner who shot and killed an armed man will not face charges, police and prosecutors say.

Who says there's no justice in NJ!?!?

Got to admit I'm surprised. I thought the government was all pro-criminal out there and anti-law abiding citizenry. But will the scum bag's family bring a civil suit for this guy killing this would-be doctor who was about to get his life right blah blah blah blah usual tripe.

Why would you expect any reports from the "real" news outlets? it doesn't play well with their agenda.

As to the photo how's it worse than when they talk about a murder on the news with an image of a handgun overlaid in the corner above the talking head? Seems a typical generic robbery photo, place sure doesn't look like a deli, only problem I see is if they used it without permission.

I am almost certain that the "Permit" referred to is the permit to *purchase* a handgun, not one to CCW`it. Note, however, that you can posess (and carry) a handgun in your place of business in NJ. I did it for many years myself.

How you *transport* it to your place of business... well... let's not open up that can of worms.
