I will tell you this, you can decide for yourself. A buddy of mine bought a VR60, then shot my VR80, he wishes he had gotten the VR80. I see no advantage of the 60 over the 80.
I left the magazines loaded for over a year, they cycled just fine. I suspect keeping them loaded in a hot place (like a car trunk in summer) will cause the shells to deform.
They do like some break-in, A few hundred rounds of 1200+ fps birdshot. They say that after that, they will cycle anything. I'm sticking to hotter velocity shells. Maybe if I happen into some lesser shells I will try them to see what happens. I have 5, 10, and 20 rd drum magazines, they all cycle just fine. I had a couple of failures to feed with my first 60 or so rounds, nothing after.
