[Arkansas deer hunter]

a church member of mine gave me a rossi 59 for my birthday and I was wondering if someone could give me a little more information on it.I know that it shoots 22 mag and it is a tack driver. Is there any way to mount a scope on it or should I just forget that idea?thanks.
