Rossi M68

Sorry I havn't been around much but I came across this interesting Interarms Rossi M68 in gold tone and had to share, I have enjoyed my M88 so well at the shooting range that buying this gun was a no brainer for me and something different that not many have lol (pimp gun)..but finding any info on early Rossi guns is very hard to come by.

Never seen, or heard of, a gold version. Think it was done by a PO?

Well I been digging all night and I know they made some presentation guns in gold but the one's I saw had inlay as there is one on gunbroker.. I know they made nickel but I have not seen one yet..

I did notice afew odd thing about it like the barrel size and front sight which I have seen 2 others with that same pinned barrel but they had stocks without the rossi logo's , then the crown (end of barrel) has a texture under the gold and the cylinder recess areas have that same texture under the gold.
