Recently picked up a slightly used Elite Comp, which I haven't fired yet, and noticed a really pronounced metallic "clank" when the bolt closes.
In my experience with the A1 and A2 in the service I don't remember that and my Bushmaster makes the more solid "thunk" sound I am used to. I know it sounds stupid but if there is something out of whack I don't want to put several hundred rounds through it to find out that I have damaged the bolt or receiver.
