So I was shotting this weekend and the hammer on my RRA NM trigger broke. The hook that catchs the sear broke off. Does anyone know how RRA is about replacing parts like that? I checked a couple of catalogs ane haven't seen just the hammer for sale.

Called Customer Service this morning

So the hammer on my Rock River NM trigger group broke. I called them this morning and they were very helpful. They said just send the lower in and they would replace the hammer. They have to install the hammer themselves to avoid lawsuits. The problem is that if I do that I won't have my AR for weeks. Well this is the summer and it is really the only time I get to shoot this rifle so I really don't want to send the lower in and be without the rifle for the weeks this will take. Does any know where I can get just a replacement hammer. It really is kind of funny. I bought the kit seprately and installed it myself. I've had in the gun for 4 years and have put thousands of round down the tube. I am more then willing to pay for it, I wasn't asking for a free replacement, but it was nice of them to offer the hammer for free and to pay for the shipping, but I really don't want to be without the rifle for the next couple of weeks. In the summer I will put thousand of rounds through the rifle, but in the winter it sits in the gun safe. It is pretty cold up here in northern Ohio in the winter.
So if anyone knows where I can get a replacement hammer without having to send the rife in it would be great.

Don't waste your time, buy another RRA two-stage match trigger or see it as an opportunity to upgrade to a Geissele match trigger or if that is too expensive, get an LMT 2 stage match trigger which apparently lasts longer!

i'd call them back and tell them you want a refund or replacement immediately.

I wouldn't send my lower. That part about them having to install it themselves is bunk. They sell those trigger kits to the buying public all day long and don't install any of them.

Jesus, A company wanting to make right and you don't want to take them up on it?
Did you tell them you purchased the trigger kit separately and see if they will cross ship the part to you?
Hate to break the news to you, but AR parts are still kind of hard to get ahold of, so sending it to RRA may be your best option, and I doubt it will take weeks. Maybe 1 week, 2 weeks tops.
