What if it was him or Billary?

Republicans in Congress would fight the evil carpetbagger every step of her way. We'd see filibusters, lots of conflict. It could be good. I tend to think that the less lawmaking happens, the better off we are.

With another RINO in office, the pressure would be on Republicans to go along to get along. Some, like Tancredo, with whom I don't always agree, but whose chutzpah I sure respect, wouldn't care. But the mass of congresscritters would do as they were told by the RNC. And the Democrats, along with statist RINOs like McCain, would happily "work across party lines" with Guiliani, to undermine what rights they could.

So, as much as I think we'd be better off if Billary defected to Bolivia, I think we might end up in a better place with her as President than Guiliani. Neither option is attractive.

If the public is presented with two pro-choice candidates, brains will explode. The GOP would be crazy to run with Giuliani. If the Dems wound up with some miracle pro-life candidate, it would be no contest. Giuliani is definitely not the man for the season.

If its between Giuliani and Hillary well I'll stay home and watch a movie.

Or vote 3rd party. Why waste a vote on two big government nanny staters.

Absolutely not.

I truly don't see a difference between him and Ms. Clinton politics-wise.

If the RNC is stupid enough to nominate him, I predict a staggering loss. Which might wake them up.

Or not.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Way. The MSM are pulling the wool over the eyes of some. They would love him. He is big business and liberal on all social issues just the type they love. Again NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Here are my thoughts... you want me to trust you as my representative with powers that are considerably more dangerous than a firearm? Then you better be willing to trust me with a lot less power than that...

Matter of perception

As a voter it all starts with perception. Until that perception is changed that is what one is stuck with.

My perception is Guiliani is a 'good guy' who belives that good can overcome the bad. My problem with him is that his answer is to solve the problems that beset our and any society is by strengthening the police forces and the power of the state and remove the individuals from the equation.

Because of that I could not vote for him unless it was the lesser of the evils.

Ahhh no. Not a chance in the warm toasty place. 1. He's a republican 2. He's not just a little left on gun control. 3. He's a Republican, I don't vote Republican.

Rudy gained alot of political capitol when he returned the ten million.
That ride is long gone and even at that point he would have gotten no more the the VP nod..

It's never going to be Rudy vs Hillary because he would never make it through the preliminaries
