Ruger 10/22 action

Is it possible to buy just the action of a Ruger 10/22, eater striped or loaded? Im thinking of doing a build with a tactical solutions barrel and a houge overmold stock and after-market trigger.

Yes, but it will be cheaper to buy a used 10/22 and rob the parts that you want, then sell the rest.
