about the barrel to frame thing, I know what you mean, but don't think of it as much of an issue. What I mean is that the barrel, receiver, and sighting device (scope or irons) are all basically one piece that connects to the frame. Even if that connection gets a bit loose, it should not affect accuracy or function all that much, if any. All the grip and frame are there for is to allow the hammer to drop. Now if the sighting device was connected to the frame that would be different....

but if you want to tighten up that fit, carefully squeezing the forward part of the frame that holds the receiver, is a fairly common method, but in my opinion unnecessary, unless the receiver is VERY loose.

oh, and no problem... I just got tired of everyone saying how hard it is to field strip them. so I had to show it done stripped and back together in 30 seconds.
