Does anyone know if the Ruger Bisley 45colt/45acp blackhawk is on the 357 or 44 frame. I know the lipseys models are on the 357 frame and you can't shoot the hotter 45 colt loads

If it's a .45 and a flat-top, it's a medium frame. Far as I know, none have been built in the Bisley configuration up to this point. So it should be a large frame. The only mid-frame Bisley Blackhawks have been 4 5/8", 5½" and 7½" .44Spl's.

When I get a chance I will post a pic. There on gunbroker the 45 colt cylinder is unfluted and has engraving on it

Yep, a large frame. If it has a 2 digit prefix it's a full size frame.

Same goes for the Blackhawk frames. I gave my .45LC Blackhawk the Super Blackhawk treatment by adding a SBH wide spur hammer and a custom unfluted .45acp cylinder.
