Does anyone know if the Ruger branded ARX Polycase ammo has been discontinued?

I know Ruger ARX is still available for purchase at many stores, but I can find no mention of it on the Ruger website or the Polycase website (which is now Inceptor). The link for it (http://polycaseammo.com/arx/) just gives a 404 error.

The primary website is no longer polycaseammo.com. It's inceptorammo.com. All mention of Ruger is gone.

Did Ruger get out of the ammo business . . . even if it was just branding rather than production?

Thanks

Been wondering the same thing, I like their 380 ammo but have not been able to find it locally like in the past. Might have to ask next time I’m in the store.

As a .380 carrier I liked the polycase ARX and carried it almost exclusively. It had a lot to say for it. However, in the past few months it has been almost impossible to find.I suspect that it will pass into history soon. I will save a few boxes of it as a curiosity to have on my shelves. For carry ammunition I will probably switch to the Hornady XTP.

There are still plenty of vendors offering it for sale, just check ammoseek.com and it has a page of results for the ARX ammo. Cabela's is listed as the cheapest for .380 ARX.

I hope not, I like that rd.

Nothing on polycases website. All blank or comes up error...I dunno.

Like I said, you can still buy Ruger ARX at many stores. But it doesn't appear they are producing the Ruger branded ARX any more. Polycase still produces it and sells it. They changed their name to Inceptor and produce it as Inceptor ARX (https://www.inceptorammo.com/project/inceptor-arx/). I can find no mention of Ruger on their site and no mention of ARX on the Ruger site. I'm guessing the branding agreement expired without renewal so now Polycase/Inceptor is branding it on their own.

Just got this terse reply from Ruger:
Ruger had a licensing agreement with PolyCase using the Ruger logo, we no longer do.

Guess that's that.
