Ruger CS, Top notch!

I had to send off a Ruger M77 Hawkeye sporter in .243 earlier this month, the 5th in fact. There was some issues with the stock fit and some feeding issues. Today the 19th I just received my rifle back from them, so what two week turnaround? Not bad considering they quoted 3-4 weeks. The rifle came back beyond my expectations. Everything in the mag well has been polished up and now everything feeds flawlessly and the stock fits absolutely perfect. Ruger didn't charge a thing. Even had UPS pick it up from my house.

Did I mention I picked this rifle up second hand?

Almost forgot, they changed the slotted action screws out for some hex head action screws. All in all I give Ruger a HUGE thumbs up for the customer service! I knew there was a good reason I now own 4 of their rifles!
 
i've always had great service from them when needed, and consider it to be some of the best in the industry.
 
This was the first time I have ever had to send a rifle or any gun back to the factory so I was a little nervous on what was going to happen.

Ruger really came through, even if you get something that slipped pass QC (Ive had countless Ruger firearms, this being the only one with a problem.) you can rest assured Ruger will make it right.
