Has anyone else had trouble with Ruger customer service? I purchased a brand new LCR357 and before firing was cleaning and trigger locked and would not move. Sent back to ruger as instructed and now if they replace with a new LCR it must be shipped to a FFL (because of serial number changes) and I have to pay the transfer fee. I lost 2 days of work, 1 to ship and 1 to pick up (nearest FFL is 55 miles one way) so into this 450 dollar gun around 800 and they wont even pay the transfer fees and be without my EDC for about a month. This was a brand new never fired gun. Not the best customer service.
