I was shooting my Ruger MK II bull barrel pistol the other day and the cocking ears on the back of the bolt flew off and landed on the floor. I called the factory and explained the problem and that I was at least owner #5. The nice lady said to put the bolt into a padded envelope and send it back for a FREE repair. Turn around time ~~2-3 weeks. Really great service for a used and abused firearm I think. I have never needed their repair service before but this time I am glad they are able to do it for free.
