Ruger grip panels

I have a Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter in 41 mag and the Ruger medalions keep popping out while shooting. Any suggestions to keep them in place, like wood glue, rtv, or superglue. Any feedback from any Ruger owner that has had this little problem would be appreciated.

I have not actually had the problem with Ruger Blackhawk, but similar issues were remedied quickly with the Gel type super glue....

A little dab will do!

Also Pachmeyer makes presentation grips for that gun, and they feel great!
