Ruger LC9 Broke

I own an LC9, LC9s and my better half owns a LC380. I have to tell you the triggers on the newer LC9 and LC380 are not bad at all. I never tried the trigger on the older LC9. My gun is a new built gun of the last batch of LC9 models made. The trigger is not bad at all. I would say the LC9 and the LC380 triggers are about 6 to 6.5 lbs. and smooth, the LC9s is about 4 to 4.5 lbs. To me, a bit light for conceal carry at that weight and I kind of prefer the double action models better. I just ordered a Remington RM380 DAO only and haven't got it in yet. Bud's has them and I have been wanting one for a while. The LC380 is my girlfriend gun in purple, so I wanted a new 380 and thought I would give the Remington a try. I have to say I love those both those Ruger LC9's, you can't beat them on either model. Ruger's service is second to none and they take care of their customer, always like they took care of you. You have a new gun now and up to date.

I shot my friend's LC9s a few times and felt the trigger was a tad too light for my taste.
The early trigger on my gun was horrendous and I prefer a fairly heavy ( but smooth) trigger pull.
I am very pleased with the upgrade.
( I also have an early model LCP and Ruger has greatly improved the trigger on those models as well.)
Looks as if I will hold off on a Glock 43 for awhile longer.
