I just scanned the Brownells link. I'm not sure. I thought Ruger bases/rings were different than CZ. One thing that comes to mind, on factory Ruger rings, at least my older M-77's, they use two different heights of rings per gun, taller in the rear, shorter in the front, in matched pairs for the height range (low medium or high). You can check with Brownells tech guys and see if the rings in your link work with your gun/scope combination regarding height to clear the scope objective and barrel.
Look in Brownells factory parts section also, the Factory Ruger 30mm rings may be good. I like the factory rings, but I use 1" scopes. Don't have any experience with their 30mm rings. If you dont have a Brownells catalog, I'd suggest aquiring one. I think their online catalog is nowhere near as easy to use as their real catalog. I simply can't find things in their online catalog that show up and are easy to locate in the paper catalog.
